The Code of Ethics of NEXQ Srl clearly defines the fundamental principles that guide the behavior of all company employees, promoting a work environment based on fairness, confidentiality and transparency.

All employees are required to ensure the confidentiality of information, handling only necessary data in a safe and responsible manner. NEXQ Srl promotes continuous training, mutual cooperation and respect for free competition regulations, prohibiting agreements or practices that may limit the market.

Relations with suppliers and customers must be conducted with transparency, reliability and punctuality, respecting defined company procedures. In relations with institutions and the press, maximum transparency and compliance with regulations is required.

The company ensures an effective internal control system and accurate and authorized accounting management of every transaction. NEXQ Srl uses only original software and conducts marketing activities based on truthful information that complies with privacy regulations.
